Our students are our most valuable resource. We strongly encourage our affiliate companies to recruit our students and similarly encourage our students to take a close look at the opportunities offered by our affiliates. UW CSE is widely regarded as one of the top ten computer science programs in the nation, and is among the top suppliers of new graduates - along with Berkeley, Carnegie Mellon, MIT, and Stanford - to companies including Amazon, Facebook, Google, and Microsoft.
This recruiting fair specifically highlights industry affiliate partner start-up companies for our undergraduates and graduate students who are interested in working in a start-up environment and looking for coop positions, internships, part-time, and/or full-time employment will participate. We also have a few private rooms reserved for interviewing individual students one-on-one, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Before this event, we will advertise to our students the companies that will be taking part in the recruiting session. Based on history, we expect that the vast majority of our students will attend the recruiting session to meet our members and find out about available opportunities.
We will provide access to our student resume tool that we've collected for the exclusive use of our affiliate members. From these resumes you can get an idea of our students' qualifications and availability, and may decide to contact some directly via e-mail (particularly if you wish to set up an appointment during the affiliates meeting).
If you are interested in taking part in this recruiting session, please register, or e-mail us directly here.
