About: Kate Gayle is a point of contact for prospective and continuing Modern AI Methods students, pre-application through graduation. She has also served as the academic adviser for the Professional Master’s Program since 2020 and has been at UW in various capacities since 2007. Kate also manages the Allen School’s postdoctoral scholars’ community building and professional development initiatives, working to ensure that postdocs have resources to maximize their postdoc experience and prepare for their next steps.

Taylor Kessler Faulkner
Modern AI Methods instructor and academic adviser

About: Dr. Taylor Kessler Faulkner is a point of contact for prospective and continuing Modern AI Methods students, pre-application through graduation. She is also an instructor with the Allen School, and will be teaching the first course in the Modern AI Methods certificate. She has been at UW since 2022, initially as a postdoctoral scholar and now as an instructor.
